Summary

Golden Heart of Vegas is a free simulated casino entertainment game. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

Your game progress stays on your device. The app does include a third-party analytics and advertising component that may collect a device identifier and app activity — details below.

Data stored on your device

The app saves your game progress locally using iOS user defaults: coin balance, current level, best score, remaining spins, next free-spin time, unlocked collection items, and power-up counts.

This data never leaves your device through the game itself, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you delete the app.

Third-party SDK

The app bundles a third-party analytics and advertising library (NetworkMetricsCore), supplied to us as a closed binary. It initializes automatically when the app starts and may collect and transmit:

Device identifier — including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) when available — used for third-party advertising and analytics, and linked to your device.
Product interaction / app activity — used for analytics, not linked to your identity.
Technical device and app information — such as device model, operating system version, and app version.

This activity may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Where iOS requires it, the system tracking permission prompt governs access to the Advertising Identifier; if you do not allow tracking, the identifier is not made available to the app.

We do not control this component's servers and we do not receive your personal information from it. It is included to support analytics and app monetization.

What we do not do

No accounts, sign-up, or login.
No in-app purchases, subscriptions, deposits, or withdrawals.
No real-money gambling; all coins are virtual and have no cash value.
No access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, health data, or precise location.
No push notifications.
We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Tracking: iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" prevents apps from accessing the Advertising Identifier.
Reset identifier: iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Delete your data: delete the app. All locally stored progress is removed with it.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data relating to you. Because we hold no account data, requests are handled by removing on-device data (delete the app) and by contacting us at the address below for anything else.

Children

The app simulates casino themes, is intended for adults, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will act on it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version is posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
